Welcome to Mirrorview. An alternative view on reality. Why Mirrorview? Because everything we see around us is a reflection of ourselves. Everything. You cannot see anything outside of yourself except that which is within you. The people and events in your life are reflecting back what you believe and how you feel about yourself. Your physical body is a direct reflection of your energetic body – which is the result of your thoughts, beliefs and actions. Whatever you believe to be true will become your reality. And whatever you believe to be true will be reflected back to you. Our thoughts create our reality. What you think about and focus on is what you will get, whether it is what you want or not.
So it makes sense to focus on what you want, not what you don’t. If you keep saying “I don’t want to be fat, broke, bored, boring, lonely, excluded, unemployed, a loser…” – whatever it is that you tell yourself – you will continue to find only those things. This is partly because that is what you are creating and partly because that is all you see.
If you want love, peace, joy, contentment, good health, wealth, success, then those are the things that you need to focus on. You will subconsciously gravitate towards whatever it is that you are focusing your attention on. And you will start to recognise those qualities as they are reflected back in your life, providing momentum to propel you towards what you want to experience.
The world you are experiencing now is reflecting back the thoughts and beliefs you have had for the past 1, 2, 10, 20+ years. If your basic inner belief is that you are beautiful and loved and worthy of good then you probably have a nice, peaceful comfortable life filled with love. If you believe deep down inside that there is something fundamentally wrong with you and you are unworthy or not good enough then you probably struggle in many areas of your life.
What is your reality? What is the world reflecting back at you?
Challenging your perception is the first step to making lasting changes. By changing what you think you can change what you experience. You have the power right now to change your thoughts, perceptions and actions. You have the power to choose what you think and this will influence how you feel, behave, what you attract and what you get from life. Are you choosing love and peace and happiness or are you choosing fear and pain and stress?
Change your thoughts and you will change your life. The power lies with you. Choose thoughts that reflect what you really want and who you want to be. If your reality is not what you want, ask yourself what are you choosing to believe. What beliefs will create the life you want? Choose thoughts that support you and the person you want to be. Get a life you love.
